Batman

Batman is a 1960s TV show, based off of the DC comic book character. It stars Adam West as Batman and Burt Ward as Robin, two crimefighters that defend Gotham City. Batman aired on ABC for two and a half seasons from January 12, 1966 to March 14, 1968. The show was famous for their comic-book fight scenes “Bam!”, “Sock!” “Pow!”, “Zap!”, along with over-the-top guest villains each week including Burgess Meredith (the Penguin), Frank Gorshin (the Riddler), Cesar Romero (the Joker), Julie Newmar (Catwoman), Vincent Price (Egghead), and Victor Buono (King Tut).
